Import Data (.csv) is used for the purpose of importing data from a large number .CSV file (.CSV file can be found canned in the basic program folder "SShop" in subfolder "csv").

Prepare data for import into the program OpenOffice.org 3.x, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 or any other related program which allows you to export data in .CSV format.

Data must be prepared in a prescribed manner:
Column A: Name

Column B: List price
Column C: Sales price VAT
Column D: The purchase price
Column E: Stock
Column F: Type (0 / 1)
Column G: Rate of VAT
Column H: In the use
Column I: Code
Column J: BAR Code
Column K: The basic amount

When data is prepared to exported into .CSV format. To do so, the file is exported in the correct format, or choose "Save As" and choose file type as "(CSV) Comma Delimited (*.csv)".


The data are ready for import into the program Simple Shop.


Settings

Advanced settings for importing the data found in Settings -> Products.

When importing carry out a comparison with existing products - Enable / Disable - When importing .csv files carry out a comparison

Sale price - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Selling price including VAT - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Purchase price - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Stock - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Types (0/1) - from the drop-down list, select the desired value
VAT rate - from the drop-down list, select the desired value
In use (0/1) - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Code - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
BAR code - From the drop-down list, select the desired value
Base amount - From the drop-down list, select the desired value


Comparison of existing products on importation shall be implemented in a way that compares the "Code", then "bar code" and then "Name".



Opozorilo! The data imported into the program is not copied or added over the existing but only the letter. If the program has recorded identical data in the database duplicate records will appear.
