RED ZION d.o.o. built Simple Shop software as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by RED ZION d.o.o. and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Simple Shop is a standalone Windows desktop application designed for issuing invoices, quotes, receipts, and other accounting-related documents. The application operates entirely offline, without the use of cloud storage.
2. Information Collection and Use
Simple Shop collects a minimal set of user data only after explicit consent is given during the OAuth 2.0 authorization process:
• Email address
• Company name or user name
• Google access token (OAuth 2.0) for email sending functionality
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address or Google account name. The information that we request will not be collected by us and is only used by third party services to provide parts of the Service on our behalf. When using Google Drive for data backup storage, our service will write and/or read the data backup files stored in your Google Drive. The service will not access any other files stored in your Google Drive. When using Gmail or G Suit to send email messages, our service will use your Gmail account to send email messages on your behalf. Personal information is not collected by us and is only shared with Google services in order to provide this functionality. The Google account name and/or email address will be stored on your device or in your database.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3. Purpose of Data Use
The data is used exclusively for:
• Sending emails (e.g., invoices, offers, receipts) directly from the application via the user’s Gmail account.
The app does not access, read, or modify any Gmail content or data beyond sending emails.

Justification:
• This scope allows the application to send accounting-related emails (e.g., invoices, quotes) directly from the local desktop environment using the user’s Gmail account.
• It does not access any messages or Gmail data.
• The application acts on behalf of the user and complies with all OAuth 2.0 security restrictions.
5. Data Storage and Security
All personal data is:
• Stored locally on the user’s device (not on external servers)
• Encrypted before storage
• Accessible only by the user
The application does not communicate with external servers controlled by RED ZION d.o.o. All operations involving Google APIs are user-initiated and handled securely via OAuth 2.0.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain user data only on the local device and for as long as necessary to perform the intended functionality.
Retention Policy:
• User data (email, company name, tokens) remains on the device until the user deletes it.
• We do not store any user data on our servers.
How to Delete Your Data:
1. In the Simple Shop application:
- Go to Settings.
- Remove your saved username and password.
- Save the empty fields to delete the stored credentials.
2. In your Google Account:
- Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Revoke access to the “SimpleShop” application.
3. Via support request:

Note: All user data is either:
• Encrypted and stored on your own device, or
• Managed by Google, under your account.
RED ZION d.o.o. does not have access to or store any personal user data.
7. Third-Party Services
Simple Shop does not use any external service providers for data handling.
The only integrated third-party service is Google Gmail API, used strictly for sending email.

8. Cookies
Simple Shop itself does not use cookies. However, external web-based services like Google’s OAuth flow may use cookies for session handling or security.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
